Future of Fashion Store launches in Camden Market Showcasing emerging UK designers

Looking for a new place to shop this summer? Thinking emerging brands, something new and something not many other have? Well Camden Market is looking like the place to head over to this summer. IncuBus Ventures has partnered with Camden Market to launch the Future of Fashion store – a first of its kind space showcasing the UK’s hottest up and coming fashion designers and fashion tech. Over the next three months a number of designers will make the Future of Retail store their home.image1 image3

The new retail space offers customers a chance to meet and interact with an ever-changing line-up of fashion designers that are shaping new retail and fashion experiences with the likes of 3D printing, laser cutting processes and 3D body scanning. With the retail industry rapidly evolving, stores are now looking at new ways to move beyond offering people just a transactional environment. Speaking about the programme, Rishi Chowdhury, co-founder of IncuBus Ventures, said: “The programme offers the participating entrepreneurs an opportunity to learn from sales and marketing experts, who help them with their growth challenges, as they look to scale the business. The physical store also allows teams to test new product lines, build case studies, gain market feedback and exposure.”

Teams that are currently in the Future of Fashion store include:

T D Kent – a bespoke luxury eyewear brand that uses distinctive materials embedded in resin, 3D printing and the latest face scanning technology to create a unique pair of glasses designed specifically for you.

Bodi.me – a company that matches data gathered from 3D body scanners to garment data and recommends an accurate size for you, reducing the frustration that results from wrong size delivery. You can get your free scans in store today.

ZOLÀ – a designer that creates limited edition, beautifully hand-crafted fashion prints and designs. The collection includes hooded jackets, kimonos and dungarees available in four pastel prints. Each style is limited worldwide to only 10 pieces in each print, ensuring your piece is truly unique.

REIN – an innovative, fast-growing womenswear brand that uses a unique laser cutting process and has had pieces worn by the likes of Lady Gaga, Eve, Charli XCX and Little Mix.

Open until the end of September in Camden Market’s North Yard, the Future of Fashion store offers a fantastic platform for growing brands to showcase their business, test new product lines and generate new business
