Marks and Spencer have revealed another stunning and star filled ad campaign for this Spring/Summer 2014. After last years stunning lineup, including Dame Helen Mirren and pop star Ellie Goulding, it was hard to imagine how they could top it, but, they certainly did. The famous shop chain have stated that: “These dynamic Leading Ladies represent the unique and diverse women of a modern Britain. They are united in their extraordinary achievements but confident in their differences. Marks & Spencer is a democratic brand which is relevant to women of all ages and strands of life; it is therefore natural for M&S to celebrate women in this way.” Their new edgy collection embodies some of this years catwalk trends, including prints, crop tops and pastels.
This years A-list lineup includes actress Emma Thompson, supermodel Alex Wek, music icon and philanthropist Annie Lennox OBE, activist Baroness Lawrence of Clarendon OBE, singer/songwriter Rita Ora, Director of Fashion East Lulu Kennedy, MBE chef and writer Rachel Khoo and structural engineer Roma Agrawal. If that wasn’t enough, this campaign was shot by iconic fashion photographer Annie Leibovitz. We are curious to know what our FRL readers think of this new collection.
