5 Red Carpets That Cara Slayed

Cara Delevingne has been named the Kate Moss of our generation, some people beg to differ, but I absolutely love her. Known for her signature brows, Cara has been on the rise, and its no surprise sister to Poppy and Chloe Delevingne, she was always destined for stardom. Dipping her fingers in the acting world, as well as being the face of Topshop, it may feel like she is just about everywhere. You can’t help but like Cara, she is grounded and approachable and not afraid to make fun of herself. She could be your friend from next door. That’s the likeable factor, now lets talk about the ‘turn up factor’. Recently spotted with Rihanna, Sam Smith and her new bbf Kendall Jenner in Brazil lets just say her circle of friends doesn’t get anymore exclusive than that. So come take a walk with us as we explore 5 red carpets that Cara slayed.

  1. Elle Style Awards

In her everyday look, Cara is usually the grunge tom boy, showing us her lion tattoo every so often, but man does she scrub up well. Exuding in classical elegance at the Elle Style Awards Cara wears Vivienne Westwood Red Label, reminiscent of 1950s Hollywood Glamour, simple classic and black.

The Oscar’s of the fashion industry the annual Met gala, always themed and this year was no different with inspiration coming from oriental Asia. Held in New York this spring saw Cara in stunning chiffon cut out by Stella McCartney. Following her 1950s Hollywood Glamour, with a side quiff of curls, slay, slay, slay.

  1. Paper Towns Sydney Premier

It’s not everyday Hollywood, so when Cara got to Australia, what did she do? Spice it up of course. Not afraid to go local, Cara granted the Aussie’s wish by wearing local designer Dion Lee. Looking like a futuristic mermaid, she definitely keeps us on our toes.

Love, love, love this look so sultry so sassy, the dog hatch print almost looks like classic Chanel, but not this little number. This is from the pre fall 2015 collection by Mary Katrantzou. Who would have thought mustard and burgundy would work so well.
