Eau de Winter

With Christmas less than 6 weeks away that’s right you guessed it, its time to search the high street for a special gift set. On a recent trip away, I could not help but notice, the amount of sales assistant’s I was being bombarded by, each waving a different swatch across my nose. Now at first, I played the game of dodging and darting until, one fragrance stopped me in my tracks. Oo la la it was utterly divine, thus my inspiration for Eau de Winter.

Marc Jacobs Decadence- In recent years the Marc Jacobs brand has grown from strength to strength, with its classically designed handbag, being available to the masses on the high street. As well as making waves in the handbag industry, who doesn’t own the perfume Daisy with its signature bottle lid, of fallen Daisies. Now they bring you Decadence, the name says it all. The detail and care taken into the design of the bottle translates into the quality of the perfume. Shaped like a vintage clutch, it’s a must have piece. Developed by Anne Buzantian with Marc Jacobs and Ann Gottlieb. Top notes include plum, Saffron and Jasmine, light to the nose with a lingering smell to remember. In the words of Marc Jacobs himself “A girl chooses to be decadent, she is just not decadent.

Where to wear it: A special occasion with your other half.

Dior Miss Dior- You can never go wrong with classic Dior, the Dior in question is Miss Dior . Representing elegance and timeless beauty the bottle has been effortlessly designed, and hasn’t been changed since its release in 2011. Most recently Natalie Portman has fronted the campaign. Citrusy freshness sprinkled with notes of Jasmine, understated and chic, another fragrance from the fashion house of haute couture.

Chloe De Roses- Chloe brings you Chloe Rose a perfume created and inspired by the flower. Well what makes this one so special? Almost reminiscent of a vintage flower, newly blossomed, the scent focuses on freshness and is enhanced, by a slight hint of lemon. Light, delicate and elegant bringing out the inner feminist in you.

Jean Paul Gaultier Classique Glam Edition- Jean Paul Gaultier, is one of my all time favourites, if I could I would collect all the designer bottles. First launched in 1993, the fragrance is known for its corset style bodice. Sensual and seductive, with an ultra feminine notes, why not add this to your Christmas edition.

Pacco Rabanne Lady Million- That’s right you know it, hum along to the catchy theme song, with the snap snap click of the fingers. Fast paced quick and with the movement of the night, it’s just as the name suggests One Million. Lady Million complements the outgoing and outrageous One Million man. Excessive, toxic and glamorous Lady Million has scents of bitter orange and fleshy raspberry comparable to a tropical garden.
