With Christmas less than 6 weeks away that’s right you guessed it, its time to search the high street for a special gift set. On a recent trip away, I could not help but notice, the amount of sales assistant’s I was being bombarded by, each waving a different swatch across my nose. Now at first, I played the game of dodging and darting until, one fragrance stopped me in my tracks. Oo la la it was utterly divine, thus my inspiration for Eau de Winter.
Marc Jacobs Decadence- In recent years the Marc Jacobs brand has grown from strength to strength, with its classically designed handbag, being available to the masses on the high street. As well as making waves in the handbag industry, who doesn’t own the perfume Daisy with its signature bottle lid, of fallen Daisies. Now they bring you Decadence, the name says it all. The detail and care taken into the design of the bottle translates into the quality of the perfume. Shaped like a vintage clutch, it’s a must have piece. Developed by Anne Buzantian with Marc Jacobs and Ann Gottlieb. Top notes include plum, Saffron and Jasmine, light to the nose with a lingering smell to remember. In the words of Marc Jacobs himself “A girl chooses to be decadent, she is just not decadent.
