Jerry Hall And Rupert Murdoch Are Engaged

Rupert Murdoch and Jerry Hall have announced their engagement. They have only been dating for four months. Despite that, they seem extremely happy together. The former model and Murdoch broke the exciting news on Monday in the Times Newspaper under the Births, Marriages and Death section which is in fact owned by his News Corporation company.

Rupert 84 has been married before three times so therefore this will be his fourth marriage and the first marriage for Jerry Hall, 59.The blonde beauty wed Mick Jagger in an unofficial Hindu ceremony in Bali, but their marriage was declared invalid in 1999.

Their engagement took place in Los Angeles over the weekend. They were pictured together at the Golden Globes. It was said by Rupert’s Spokesman that he may have popped the question then.”They have loved these past months together.” The spokesman said, adding that they were “thrilled to be getting married and excited about their future”.

According to the Times Newspaper, the pair met late last summer after being introduced to one another by Rupert’s sister and niece in Australia where he is originally from.Their relationship became out in the open,  in October when they appeared together at the Rugby World Cup final.

Between them, the pair have ten children. Now that is a huge family! Jerry had four children with Rolling Stones frontman Mick, with whom she was with 23 years, while Rupert has six children from his three previous marriages.

He split with his third wife, Wendi Deng Murdoch, in 2013 after 14 years. This was his most recent relationship. Prior to that, he was married to Anna Torv, a journalist. His first marriage was to an Australian, Patricia Booker.
