Kelly Brook just lost over half a stone and three inches from her waist. This was the result from the Atkins diet. The TV presenter and model has declared she feels better than ever and has found confidence in her new body. She has changed her diet to a low carb and a low sugar lifestyle. The brunette stated, “I’m so happy with my results with Atkins and I can honestly say I have never felt better about my body.” Kelly looks amazing from this change and it looks like it really worked for her. She says, “My skin is glowing, I feel healthier than ever and I still have my curves – I couldn’t ask for better results. I always knew my body would change but I didn’t expect to feel this good as well. I have so much more energy and it feels amazing to be able to wear anything I like with confidence.”
Kelly shared a photo of her new diet with HELLO! Online with a break-down of what she eats in seven days. Expect to see the likes of an omelette and stuffed mushrooms for breakfast, and light lunches such as a tin of salmon with salad, or an avocado salsa wrap.
Dinner may include two legs of roasted chicken with spinach, courgette cake with tofu, or prawn curry.
