Lee Paton launches AW16 RTW Collection: “The Guest That Never Checked Out”

Lee Paton British luxury fashion label has launched its AW16 collection “The Guest That Never Checked Out”. The collection is all about effortless luxury, sophistication and elegance – key elements of the Lee Paton brand. Simple pieces executed with the finest detail. Think ‘Faye Dunaway photographed lounging by the pool at Chateau Marmont’ meets ‘Phyllis Gordon shopping for bananas with her pet cheetah’. “The Guest That Never Checked Out” exudes classic style but through the modern finishing touches and vibrant palette chosen by Lee Paton this brings a noticeable energy to this elegant and sophisticated collection.

The collection includes monogrammed shearling robes and capes that mimic hotel dressing gowns and towels as if the wearer has just stepped out of the pool. A mohair camel coat with hand-knitted mink interior sits comfortably alongside fuchsia tweed tailoring lined in chiffon with satin bound seams and embellished hand knitted garments with the same attention to detail as the hand embroidered pieces.
Check out the collection here and keep up with the brands social for updates on all things Lee Paton.

Biography- Lee Paton grew up in the English Lake District with family roots stemming from Scotland and France. Two places that continue to influence his high-end womens and menswear. His designs present a rich mixture of traditional British elegance and tailoring with detailed hand-finishing and couture techniques of the early Parisian ateliers.

During education at the London College of Fashion, a design internship at Alexander McQueen turned into a longer stint at the studio and studies in historic and military tailoring led to additional training on London’s Savile Row. Prior to graduation he had accumulated a strong list of high-profile clients who supported the development of his house style. Paton graduated in 2008 and the house was established soon afterwards offering made-to-measure and bespoke services while being featured in publications as Vogue Italia, Marie Claire, Kaltblut, Schön, et al.

2015 saw Paton develop into a high-end ready-to-wear label producing seasonal bi-annual collections in both womens and menswear while continuing to service his private clients with bespoke creations from the London atelier.
