John Cena and Nikki Bella are Engaged!
John Cena proposed to his longtime girlfriend Nikki Bella at WrestleMania 33. One of the cutest proposal ever, as he got down on one knee after the couple defeated The Miz and his wife Maryse during a tag team match.
The pair have been together for five years now, and their relationship has been well documented on Total Divas and Total Bellas.
During an episode of Total Divas last year, Nikki actually wished John would propose to her. E!
“You guys, John finally told me on our three-year anniversary that marriage doesn’t bother him anymore, he wants to marry me, he wants to be married to me,” Nikki told her friends.
She then gushed, “I want him next to me my whole life. I can’t live without him.”

Last year, Nikki underwent neck surgery and was in a brace during last year’s WrestleMania 32 game. Now, she’s in the middle of an awesome comeback and bags a ring along the way too!
Brie Bella was unable to make it to WrestleMania this year because she’s about to give birth, however, she welcomed John to the family on Twitter after the proposal saying:
“Happy tears!!!! They always felt married to me but to see it…wow!!! Welcome to the family @JohnCena.”
