Discover Moana-Inspired Afternoon Tea at London Hilton on Park Lane

This summer, get ready to set sail on a magical new adventure as Park Corner Brasserie at London Hilton on Park Lane unveils its enchanting Disney Moana themed Afternoon Tea. Created in collaboration with Disney, the immersive experience marks the latest chapter in the hotel’s much-loved Royal Recipe Book, celebrating the spirit of Moana ahead of the highly anticipated live-action film release on 10 July. Bringing a wave of island-inspired flavours and storytelling to one of London’s most iconic addresses, this fantastic afternoon tea offers a fresh take on a timeless British tradition for Disney fans and families alike.

Inspired by Moana’s fearless journey as a Wayfinder and her longing to explore beyond the reef, this afternoon tea gives the classic Mayfair ritual a playful island twist. Bursting with tropical colour, playful storytelling and beautifully crafted creations, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to bring Disney’s beloved adventure to life, creating a memorable experience for guests of all ages.

The sweets are where the story really comes to life, unfolding through a treasure chest of tropical creations that evoke the spirit of the sea and island life. Heart of Te Fiti brings together matcha biscuit, cream cheese filling and white chocolate, while Taste of the Sea is bright with passion fruit curd, pineapple compote and lime zest.

Island Flowers layers vanilla mousse with strawberry and hibiscus compote on shortbread, and Drop in the Ocean adds a coconut-dusted finish with coconut mousse and a chocolate crunchy centre. Warm Not So Grumpy Apple Pies bring apple and cinnamon to the table, alongside chocolate truffles served as The Shoe Fits and The Wayfinder Scones, with plain and fruit scones served with classic afternoon tea accompaniments.

The savouries continue the Disney-story-led detail, with The Carriage Awaits, a plant-based chicken sandwich with pumpkin and sage mousse; From The Bayou, a Beyond Meat sandwich with horseradish and dill mousse; Ma Cherie Sandwich, layered with watermelon, grilled pepper, dill and lemon-zest cream; and freshly made Disney Tiana-inspired beignets.

Guests can pair the experience with a special tea list that includes a rare Jersey-grown hand-plucked black tea, Chocolate Velvet, a Taiwanese Oolong blend with cocoa, raspberry and crème caramel, alongside a wider selection of classic and characterful blends.

A delightful Park Lane afternoon tea for young wayfinders, Disney fans and families seeking a memorable summer experience with a touch of island magic.
