Her first runway show was only last year, in February, rocking a sheer deep V and bleached brows for Marc Jacobs and now Kendall has modeled for top brands including Balmain, Chanel, and Givenchy to name a few. It did not take her long to be that successful supermodel others work their entire lifes’ to achieve. Well, even though some say she never got to work hard for any of it, you gotta admit Kendall has worked her legs off in the last year to be where she is today. She also holds the title for the most-liked photo on Instagram. Well the 19-year-old supermodel may almost have it all. Here are five things you probably never knew about Kendall Jenner.
Kendall’s modeling career started when she was 14 years old. In December 2009, she appeared in her very first campaign, “Rocker Babes With a Twist,” for Forever 21. She said that she went to her older sisters for modeling tips. “I looked to Kim for posing advice,” Jenner said. “[Kourtney] said to put my own style into the clothes that I was wearing. I was a little nervous before the shoot, but after I started taking a couple of pictures, it just flowed and it was so fun.”
2. Kendall’s net worth is on the rise, joining Forbes’ highest-paid models list. Kendall Jenner is worth $2.5 million and this was reported by OK magazine a couple of years ago. The supermodel is not only making appearances and being a reality star but her modelling career is paying off big time. Kendall initially built up her estimated $6 million net worth from her $5,000 per episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She also makes money through her social media, earning up to $5,000 per tweet, and makes an average $80,000 as an OpEd columnist for The Wall Street Journal and with collaborations with her sister and other brands and campaigns, well let’s just say she is one little rich kid.
So apparently, Kendall’s godmother Kathie Lee Gifford is a television host and according to Gifford’s daughter, Cassidy, “the Today cohost and Kris Jenner met through Bible study many years ago, and the two families remained close ever since”. In fact, E! producers initially approached Kathie Lee, now 61, for a family-style reality series, but she recommended they pitch the show to her longtime friend Kris Jenner, thus making her in some ways responsible for the show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”. Gifford also helped choose the first name of her goddaughter. “I started throwing out names to Kathie Lee,” Jenner said. “Kameron . . . Kendall—and she stopped me at Kendall.”

According to Kendall’s sister Kylie, Kendall suffered from bad acne when she was younger. In a beauty profile in The New York Times, Kylie revealed that thanks to their family dermatologist her sister’s skin improved. “My sister Kendall had really bad acne when she was younger, and she really cleared it up. I thought, ‘Well, if she cured Kendall, I should start to visit her.’”
Kendall told Teen Vogue last month that she’s a true follower of Boss Homes. “They just post sick mansions and I think it’s really cool,” she said. “I weirdly love interior design and real estate and all of that. I really do. I get chills from it.” Well, Kendall decided to get one herself; she became a homeowner with a her starter condo home in Beverly Hills reportedly worth $1.4 million— that she paid for all by herself. Who wouldn’t love to live Kendall’s life for a day!
