Highlights include Santa’s Sleigh, a fruit cake with ginger shortbread and vanilla frosting; the Christmas Present, a red plum cheesecake with cherry compote; Upside-Down Santa, a mixed berry and chocolate parfait; and the Holiday Candle, an orange sponge with cinnamon crème chiboust.
Freshly baked plain and spiced scones arrive with Cornish clotted cream and cranberry jam, paired with JING teas or a glass of bubbles. Guests can also upgrade to 90 minutes of free-flowing Cava for an added touch of sparkle.
