Brad and Dills London frukmagazine brunch spots 2026

Meet London’s newest all-day brunch destination: Brad & Dills

Brad & Dills, the cult Hertfordshire bagel and coffee house, has officially opened its first London location. Nestled between Hampstead and Belsize Park, The Hill brings the brand’s signature BAD Coffee, freshly made bagels and a new all-day brunch menu to North London.

What started in 2021 as a retro grab-and-go van has quickly evolved into one of Hertfordshire’s most loved neighbourhood café brands. Known for its bold flavours, quality ingredients and expertly brewed coffee, Brad & Dills has built a loyal community across its thriving Harpenden, St Albans and Hertford locations.

Founded by school friends and Hertfordshire locals Alex Rollings and Olly Denley, Brad & Dills has grown from a single mobile coffee van into a fast-rising café destination, with its London debut marking an exciting new chapter for the brand.

The Hill

The Hill is an expansive light-filled 80-seated cafe a short walk from Belsize Park and Hampstead stations, tucked behind the Royal Free Hospital. Brad & Dills’ fifth site, and second to offer brunch, marks a huge milestone for the expanding bagel cafe group.

Made fresh on site using the best sourced ingredients, the new all-day brunch menu includes a classic English Breakfast (with chicken sausage and turkey bacon alternatives); smoked salmon with egg and rosti; eggs florentine, royal or benedict; yoghurt bowl and mini pancakes. With all dishes priced under £15, The Hill makes an easy go-to destination for relaxed brunching.

The cafe also boasts two terraces, ideal for coffee mornings and sun-drenched afternoons. With plans to introduce cocktails and wine in the coming months, it’s set to become a perfect all-day hangout. The generous space also lends itself to private hire and events.

A strong sense of locality runs throughout with interiors featuring artwork from a local artist inspired by textile design and kimono fabrics. With a subtle nod to the neighbourhood, guests can also pick up donuts from St John alongside a selection of pastries to take away.

BAD Coffee

Brad & Dills is serious about coffee. Their signature BAD coffee – a single origin Brazilian blend – is ethically sourced from a family run farm in Sao Paulo. Expect chocolatey, nutty notes that keep customers coming back for more.

Guests can take the experience home, with bags of BAD coffee beans available to purchase from The Hill and also online. A curated range of their popular ceramic coffee cups and merchandise can also be bought, highlighting Brad & Dills’ identity beyond the cafe and appealing to its growing community of coffee loyalists.

Bagels

Bagels remain the heart of the menu and are made fresh daily on site, filled generously with bold, flavour filled combinations. House specialities include classic salmon with cream cheese and pickles; egg and cheese with a secret sauce and often topped with bacon and jalapenos; the best selling pollo picante with fried chicken, nduja mayo, mozzarella, crispy onions; and the Lebaneasy with falafel, spiced hummus, pickled red cabbage and spicy sauce. Meanwhile the Englishman features smoked ham, mustard, mayo, cheese and pickles. Vegan options are available and are just as flavoursome.
