Adele is here to stay

Adele has returned to the music industry with a sweet Hello. On Monday 14th of December a one off taping was broadcasted in the US titled NBC special Adele: Live in New York City. The one hour broadcast was taped at Radio City Music Hall in November and showcased Adele preforming songs from her latest album 25 and a few past songs such as ‘some on like you’ and ‘rolling in the deep’.

The English singer and songwriter’s performance was simply spectacular and appeared to touch her deeply as she became really emotional crying as she received a standing ovation from the crowd. The 27 year old musician has been on a long hiatus from the music industry and had previously undergone vocal cord surgery. The show was executive produced by Lorne Michaels, Adele and Jonathan Dickins, and directed by Beth McCarthy-Miller.

In other news the mother of one recently announced her 2016 North American tour dates. These shows will be from July 5TH to November 15TH 2016 in a range of cities. Tickets for these dates go on sale December 17 and will be available to purchase from her official website. Prior to her NBC special airing she recently performed her hit single Hello on the X factor UK Final on Sunday 13th  2015. Towards the end of her performance she chuckled stating ‘that was amazing’. The judges and crowd were ecstatic to have Adele preforming live and she did a fantastic job as per usual.

Adele’s album titled 25 was released in November 2015. The lead single tittle Hello was released in October 2015 and has major success in the music charts.

According to an article via billboard.com YouTube announced on Tuesday that Adele’s single “Hello” had the most explosive debut of any video this year, having racked up 50 million views in its first 48 hours alone. We are really excited to see Adele finally touring again and wish her nothing but great success.
