This year’s Belgravia in Bloom festival will offer incredible installations and spectacular floral displays, as well as the inclusion of many events of which will focus on the new theme, children’s books.
Businesses and residents in Belgravia will take part in the event by decorating shop fronts, doors and windows with floral displays.
