Holly Willoughby Graces the Cover of Last Ever FHM

After three successful decades, the iconic publication FHM is ending its incredible run, choosing TV presenter Holly Willoughby as their last ever cover girl. After previously gracing the cover back in 2008, Holly expressed her initial concerns about reappearing on the cover during Rylan Clark’s segment on This Morning. The 34-year-old British beauty said ‘I was so nervous about doing it. I loved it when I was there. But when they asked me to do it, I was like “really? I think my days might’ve gone… mum of three now”… But that kind of was part of the reason I did it as well.’

Holly and her husband Dan Baldwin are parents to six year old Harry, four year old Belle, and 15 month old Chester William. However, from the final immaculate photograph on the magazine cover, it’s impossible to tell that Holly splits her time between working the incredibly early presenting shift at This Morning and running around after three children.

Wearing a sleek black off-the-shoulder dress, Holly shows off her stunning curves in the black and white photo. This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield admired the FHM cover, saying ‘It’s a great pic. What an honour as well to be on the last one.’ Rylan had other ideas, however, after he joked ‘You look lovely, we’re very proud of you… but I think you should have gone the full whack. It’s the last one, you should have just let go for the lads!’.

After the show ended, Holly took to Twitter to share a snap from the sultry shoot, whilst thanking FHM for giving her the opportunity to grace their final cover. She said: ‘It’s the end of an era and to be part of the final issue before FHM takes its place on the big shelf in the sky, has been a real honour. Thanks @fhmagram I’ll miss you xxx.’

Since being first published in 1985, FHM has had many stars appear on the cover, including Denise Van Outen, Abbey Clancy, Melanie Sykes, Christiano Ronaldo, Rachel Stevens and Michelle Keegan. But despite the long list of celebrities to be chosen for the cover, we can think of no one better to give the magazine a send-off than Holly Willoughby. Commenting on the final issue, Holly said “We’ve both grown up together – I’ve had three children and you’ve had 314 issues but now, with a heavy heart, it’s time to bid you a fond farewell.”
