Inside Beyonce’s Star-Studded African Themed Baby Shower

Beyonce’s star-studded African themed baby shower will be one to remember as the songstress and her A-list closest friends and family got together for the shower, which was dubbed the “Carter Push Party.”

According to sources; guests arrived to the shower around 2 p.m. via limos. The bash was held at a private residence in Beverly Hills that was once owned by Madonna. E! News

Mother Tina Knowles, La La Anthony, Serena Williams, Vanessa Bayer and jeweler-to-the-stars Lorraine Schwartz were some of celeb friends that showed up to celebrate the songstress twins baby shower.

Former Destiny’s Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams were also in attendance of the star studded party, the pair got ready at Kelly’s house, and Kelly also brought her son, Titan Jewel to the party.

At the entrance to the party, gold balloon letters spelled out “Carter Push Party” and “Twinning. The party was very family friendly with Blue Ivy and lots of her friends running around the grounds of the estate. There was a huge tent erected on the property where most of the shower took place. The decor was African themed and very colorful with lounge seating areas, floor pillows and rugs on the floor.”

“The tables had lanterns, wooden elephants and pink and white roses for centerpieces. There was also a henna tattoo artist and African dancers and drummers walking around. A huge soul food buffet was served for a late lunch.”

The party was geared to both grown-ups and children, the outside bash being the pool party for kids, with lifeguards, pool rafts, a lemonade bar and other toys to keep the kids entertained. There was also an inside set-up for the adults. Source E! News

The 35-year-old songstress who has yet to reveal the gender or due date of the babies-to-be decorated her belly with a large henna tattoo. She had a sarong wrapped around her waist and a scarf wrapped around her forehead.

Congrats again to JayZ and Beyonce!
