Painful Sex: The Warning Signs

We’re not talking about women who have partners built like a rocket, if you experience pain during intercourse, this could be indicative of several health concerns. Unless you enjoy anal, sex should not be painful. Here are some warning signs that should not be ignored:

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common and long term problem, affecting the stomach and bowels. Other than feeling bloated, pain in the stomach, and frequent, urgent bowel habits, you can also expect to encounter periods whereby sex is painful. As depressing as that sounds, there is treatment available.
