Star-Studded Expert Line-Up Revealed for the Ideal Home Show 2026

The UK’s leading celebrity home design experts and top chefs are set to take centre stage at the Ideal Home Show 2026, returning to Olympia London from 10–19 April. Headlining the show’s most extensive programme of expert talks yet are George Clarke, Scarlette Douglas and Stuart Douglas, Matt Tebbutt, Poppy O’Toole, Megan McKenna, Rav Wilding, Jason Bradbury, David Domoney, Cristy Sharp, Dan Hatfield and many more

This year’s show will feature headline experiences ranging from cutting-edge smart home innovation and kitchen design ideas for even the most enthusiastic home chefs, to a thriving edible garden for those keen to live more sustainably, plus a dedicated Bark Yard for lovers of man’s best friend – alongside live kitchen-focused DIY demonstrations, a BBQ Academy and an al fresco cooking experience.

Renowned architect and broadcaster George Clarke will step on the main stage to share his passion for thoughtful design, sustainability and innovation, alongside TV presenters and property experts Scarlette and Stuart Douglas, who will teach audiences the fundamentals in flipping properties – from finding the right opportunities, to funding, design choices and maximising resale potential.

Taking visitors into the future, tech innovator and former Gadget Show host Jason Bradbury will front The Smart Home, showcasing the most exciting new smart tech products of 2026. His demonstrations will explore how intelligent innovation can re‑shape the way we live, elevating comfort, convenience and creativity in everyday life. While BBC One’s Scam Interceptors presenter and former police officer Rav Wilding will share expert insights on efficient home security, behind-the-scenes stories, and tips for keeping your home and family safe.

Newly announced on 2026’s line-up is ITV This Morning’s favourite antiques expert and pawnbroker Dan Hatfield, who will be hosting a series of talks to help people unlock ‘Money Making’ potential of their homes and turn their clutter into cash when tackling their annual Spring Clean. The Spring Clean Stage will host live talks from decluttering and home organisation experts, sharing practical advice, smart cleaning tips and simple ideas to refresh and streamline the home. For horticulture enthusiasts, celebrity gardener David Domoney will dive into the many superpowers of plants and how to grow an edible garden – in a garden or on a balcony – to curate Spring and Summer cocktails with the perfect botanicals according to audiences’ taste.

This year’s line-up of celebrity chefs includes live cooking demonstrations and culinary discussions from BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and MasterChef’s Matt Tebbutt, TV star and acclaimed gluten-free chef Megan McKenna, Michelin-trained chef gone viral Poppy O’Toole, Great British Bake Off’s Cristy Sharp and MasterChef finalist and TV chef Dean Edwards

They will be joined by a stellar roster of experts from the world of design, gardening, cookery and home improvement, including Grace Forell, Briony Ace, Anouska Lancaster, Abi Hookway, Jack Stein, Annie Sloan, and familiar faces such as Katie Piper, and many more.
