Two Of The Freakiest Bars You Can Find In London

Note by the Christmas trees up everywhere that this isn’t April, and most definitely not An April Fool prank. As of yesterday London now has two of the weirdest bars around. Here you can find a restaurant to sell breast milk ice cream and a vegan only bar to sell alcohol free drinks! Read on!

Whilst the new vegan and alcohol-free bar appropriately named ‘Redemption,’ will surely be a great place to finally overcome your Christmas hangover, it may not be so awesome for seeing in the New Year.

The menu that consists of detox and health, offers drinks that include beetroot, limes, oranges, and coconut water. A word of warning – a clear head and a feeling of inner wellness is great, but ensure you take along some scintillating conversation (and not your estranged sibling).

2.Icecreamists, Covent Garden

Fancy an ice cream? How about breast milk flavour with a hint of Madagascan vanilla pods and lemon zest? If you are still unsure, they may just twist your arm by serving the delicious treat to you in a cocktail glass, naming the desert ‘Baby Gaga,’ and throwing in a rusk. We agree – it does sound a tad disturbing. However, it seems to be a huge hit with some people. China is also known for their rising sales in breast milk ice cream.

The restaurant pays women to donate their breast milk, and claim that the first 30 fluid ounces was enough to make 50 servings! Potential health concerns are kept at bay by ensuring lactating women go through a screening test, of which is the same test used by the NHS for blood donors.

Apparently, this new ice cream is not only sweet and tasty, but is also deemed as the healthy alternative. Vanilla seems more and more appealing by the second.
