5 Ways to Manifest Love on Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is much more than celebrating the love you have for someone, it’s celebrating the beauty of love and all the magic it brings.

First things first, if you want to manifest your dream soulmate or more love in your current relationship, you MUST fall completely in love with yourself. A big part of that is slowing down, having gratitude for your life and who you are right now – imperfections and all.

Yogis Brittany Deanda and Tara Schulenberg explain 5 ways to manifest the love energy this heart-opening holiday-

100 Love Letter List

Sometimes we find ourselves focusing on what we want in someone else or the weaknesses in a partner but instead, turn the mirror on yourself and give a confidence-boosting pep talk. A fun exercise is to write down a list of as many things you can think of (maybe 100??) about what you love about yourself!!

Elevate your mindset and perspective

Step away from focusing on how you can receive or “manifest” love and instead focus on how you can effortlessly give love away in all areas of life. It’s how manifesting and the Law of Attraction works to create our reality.

Take up or strengthen a Kundalini Yoga practice

A consistent practice allows us to let go of perfection and in turn relate to people energetically rather than on a surface-level interaction. We love practicing the Kriya for Creating Self-Love, which helps to open the heart-center.

Incorporate heart-opening mantras into your daily life

Telling yourself you have love for yourself, allows the energy to align with the Universe and manifest! We encourage you to add in the Mantra for Love or Sopurkh into your life. This one is a beautiful mantra for manifesting love or strengthening the love in a current relationship.

Create your own love-centered celebration

Finally, on the actual holiday make plans for yourself this year or be the one to plan something if you are in a relationship if you have been disappointed in the past.  You don’t want to find yourself in the “asking” or “wanting” energy and the desperation in wondering if you are going to have plans with someone or have a good time.

For the single ladies, make a plan for yourself or with your girlfriends with the intention that someone could join you or you could enjoy your own company which is wonderful in itself. Remain being open and have the flexibility to change plans!

We challenge you this year to plan your own date whether it’s a massage at your favourite place, a concert, dinner and a movie, or a night in the comfort of your own home with your favourite food and a movie you’ve been wanting to watch.
