Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen Comes Home this Spring

In spring 2026, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, in partnership with the Clermont Hotel Group will open the UK’s very first Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel, bringing the globally recognised brand’s fire, flair and unmistakable theatre to Marble Arch. After headline-grabbing launches in destinations such as Las Vegas, Miami, Washington D.C. and Ibiza, the long-anticipated UK debut finally gives Londoners a front-row seat to one of Ramsay’s most iconic restaurant concepts.

Set within a bold new 7,500-square-foot space at The Cumberland, Hell’s Kitchen London will seat more than 200 guests and feature four coveted chefs’ tables alongside a dedicated bar. At its heart is the brand’s signature open kitchen — a high-energy stage where chefs cook in full view, clad in the instantly recognisable red and blue bandanas. Flames flicker, vibrant tiles glow, and the entire room hums with drama and momentum. Live DJs keep the tempo high throughout the week, ensuring the atmosphere shifts seamlessly from daytime buzz to late-night spectacle.

The menu brings together the greatest hits of Hell’s Kitchen locations around the world, alongside bold new dishes created exclusively for London. Diners can expect Gordon Ramsay classics such as pan-seared scallops with delicate aromatics, rich lobster risotto built on slow-cooked stock, wagyu meatballs, and the legendary Beef Wellington — the restaurant’s undisputed showstopper. Desserts lean into indulgence, with sticky toffee pudding and an apple butterscotch cheesecake offering a playful spin on tradition.

For the first time, Hell’s Kitchen will also introduce a selection of premium large cuts designed for sharing, including a 1.2kg Wagyu Tomahawk, a 700g bone-in striploin, and a 500g chateaubriand. A five-course tasting menu rounds out the experience, showcasing Ramsay’s most celebrated dishes alongside new creations tailored to London’s dining scene.

Just steps from Hyde Park, The Cumberland Hotel provides a fitting backdrop for the brand’s UK debut. Long associated with artists, musicians and cultural trailblazers, the hotel is entering a confident new era. With over 900 bedrooms, a vibrant events programme, and a renewed focus on food, drink and entertainment, it is fast redefining itself as one of central London’s most exciting destinations — and an ideal base for exploring the capital.

Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel opens in April 2026, and if the global reputation is anything to go by, it’s set to be one of London’s most talked-about openings of the year.
