Drake has received 27 Billboard awards in total, and 13 was from one night in 2017, which is a groundbreaking record. He also received 12 awards on the night of 2018. Drake’s music has also been on the Billboard charts for 431 weeks. Drake has not only managed to achieve the unachievable, but he has changed the norms of rap culture. From singing on rap beats, being an actor turned musician, and being vulnerable in his records. Drake has pushed the boundaries, and we see multiple rappers following in his footsteps and not being afraid to challenge the norms of rap music.

At the Billboard 2021 awards, fans were in awe of his adorable son Adonis as he helped his father collect the award. Drake dedicating his award to Adonis was a sentimental moment that viewers and fans appreciated.

We are excited to see what else the ‘6 God’ has in store for us.
