Why We Love Men In Uniform

Although attraction is a fundamentally universal, the process of attraction is individual and personal. Saying that, there are several traits that reduce millions of women to a giggling mess. I’m talking about men in uniform. (No, not train conductors). So what is it about hot firemen that make us weak at the knees? Lets take a look at a few guys in uniform (for research purposes) to see if we can figure out their hidden charm.

1. Firemen

Number 1 on the list has to be the fireman. He is a strong and fearless, run into burning buildings to save entire families and their dog. Their fire outfit represents all of this. Oh, and if they were to all look like this, I am sure there’d be a lot of ladies nationwide ‘accidentally’ leaving their straighteners on!

 2. Police

The police uniform is quite self-explanatory – particularly if you’re into light S&M. He signifies power; therefore the man in the uniform could be seen as a challenge.

3. Lifeguard

Lying on the beach in a foreign country, you can’t help but notice the male lifeguards. Their uniform represents a strong and fit man who cares about humanity (and also looks good in shorts!)

4. The fighter Pilot

It’s not just thanks to Tom Cruise that we love fighter pilots. Sure, their uniform is sexy, but it’s more about their job and how we perceive these guys – clever, brave, daring, and strong – oh and they are few and far between

5. The Sailor

Do all nice girls love a sailor? There’s a certain freedom about them – and yet they serve their country. I’m not sure what it is about Sailors that raise our blood pressure, but when I met one on his ship in Boston – I swear it was true love (for me anyway). Could it really be their sailor suits? Who knows, but OMG!
